Solution :-
Given : m and n are the zeroes of the polynomial of 3x² + 11x - 4.
Sum of zeros = m + n = - 4/3
Product of zeros = mn = - 11/3
Therefore,
m/n + n/m
= {(m² + n²)} /{nm}
= {(m + n)² - 2mn}/{mn}
Substituting the value :
= {(-4/3)² - 2 × - 11/3}/{-11/3}
= 3{16/9 + 22/3}/-11
= 3{(16 + 66)/9}/-11
= 82/(-11 × 3)
= - 82/33
Answer : - 82/33
