Answer: x=3 and the measure of angle HEB is 27

Step-by-step explanation:

They are complementary angles so set them equal to 90 degrees

This is how you would set it up:

(19x+6)+9x=90

Subtract 6 from both sides.

19x+6+9x=90

      -6         -6

19x+9x=84

Add the x's

28x=84

Divide 28 on both sides

28x/28=84/28

x=3

So now we know that x is 3 no plug that into (9x) since it wants you to find the measure of angle HEB

(9(3))

m∠HEB is 27 degrees
