Since, m is 30% of q

Therefore,  m = \frac{30}{100} \times q

m = 0.3q   (Equation 1)

Since, q is 20% of p

Therefore,  q = \frac{20}{100} \times p

q = 0.2p  (Equation 2)

Since, n is 50% of p

Therefore,  n = \frac{50}{100} \times p

n = 0.5p   (Equation 3)

Now, we have to evaluate the value of \frac{m}{n} .

Consider  \frac{m}{n}

Substituting the values of 'm' and 'n' from equation 1 and 3

 \frac{m}{n} =   \frac{0.3q}{0.5p}

Substituting the value of 'q' from equation 2, we get

 \frac{m}{n}= \frac{0.3 \times 0.2p}{0.5p}

 \frac{m}{n}= \frac{0.06}{0.5}

 \frac{m}{n}= 0.12

So, the value of \frac{m}{n} is 0.12
