v=1/5 and m=16
so
 \frac{m}{rm + {r}^{2}  }  = v \\ or \:  \frac{16}{16r +  {r}^{2} }  =  \frac{1}{5 }  \\ or \: 16r +  {r}^{2}  = 80 \\ or \:  {r}^{2}  + 16r - 80 = 0 \\ or \:  {r }^{2}  + 20r - 4r - 80  = 0 \\ or \: r(r + 20) - 4(r + 20) = 0 \\ or \: (r + 20)(r - 4) = 0
so r= -20 or r= 4 (Answer)
