If M = y% of z and N = z% of y, then M = N

Given :

M = y% of z and N = z% of y

To find :

The correct option is

A. M is lesser than N.

B. M is more than N

C. Relation between M and N cannot be determined.

D. None of these

Solution :

Step 1 of 2 :

Find M and N

Here it is given that M = y% of z and N = z% of y

 \displaystyle \sf{M = z \times  \frac{y}{100} =  \frac{yz}{100}    }

 \displaystyle \sf{N = y \times  \frac{z}{100} =  \frac{yz}{100}    }

Step 2 of 2 :

Choose the correct option

From above we see that

\displaystyle \sf{ M = N  =  \frac{yz}{100} }

Hence the correct option is D. None of these
