Solution:

A is a skew symmetric matrix

if   A=-A^T

A^T is transpose matrix

A=\left[\begin{array}{ccc}0&3&1\\-3&0&-4\\p&4&0\end{array}\right]

A^T=\left[\begin{array}{ccc}0&-3&p\\3&0&4\\1&-4&0\end{array}\right]

-A^T=\left[\begin{array}{ccc}0& 3&-p\\-3&0&-4\\-1&4&0\end{array}\right]

A=-A^T

\left[\begin{array}{ccc}0&3&1\\-3&0&-4\\p&4&0\end{array}\right]=\left[\begin{array}{ccc}0& 3&-p\\-3&0&-4\\-1&4&0\end{array}\right]
