if matter is neither be created nor destroyed how the universe was formed?

Matter was never created it appeared from pre existing matters.it follows the same method as cells follow.so everywhere in this universe matter r still being produced from pre existing matter

This happens due to law of conservation of mass .

Mater can be change from through physical and chemical changes, but through any of these changes, matter is conserved. The same amount of matter exists before and after the change - none is created or destroyed . This concept is called law of conservation of mass.
