Answer:

mean=38

total sum of observation=mean × total no. of observation

total sum of observation=38×100=3800

now, according to question, we multiply 3800 into 2.

3800×2=5600

now, according to question,10 is added to every observation,so 100×10=1000

now ,we add the 1000and 5600

1000+5600=6600

now, new mean is total sum of observation / total no of observation.

new mean=6600/100=66.

Answer is 66.
