Answer:

Given data points = x + 2, x+4 , x+6

Mean = \frac{x+2 +x+4+x+6}{3}

⇒ 15 = \frac{x + 2 + x + 4 + x + 6}{3}

⇒ 15 = \frac{3x + 12}{3}

⇒ 15 x 3 = 3x + 12

⇒ 45 = 3x + 12

⇒ 45 - 12 = 3x

⇒ 33 = 3x

\frac{33}{3} = x

⇒ 11 = x

∴ The value of x is 11.

Thnx and have a nice day!
