If mean of 4, 6, 8, 10, x, 14, 16 is 10 then find the value of x​

Mean = sum of observations / number of observations

So,  10 = (4 + 6 + 8 + 10 + x + 14 + 16)/7

      10 * 7 = 58 + x

      70 = 58 + x

Thus, x = 12
