Momentum=MV
d(momentum)/dt=m dv/dt. ( m is constant)
differentiate momentum w.r.t. t
dv/dt=a
m dv/dt= ma = F
F= d(momentum)/dt
F= 2w(-sin wt) i^+4w cos wt j^
