momentum (p) = √(2*mass*ke)

x = √(2*mass*ke)

10x=10( 2 * mass * ke)

10x= 20ke(mass)

Therefore Kinetic Energy increases by 20% (option 1) in ideal conditions however practically some energy is lost in overcoming friction and/or resistance.
