if momentum of an object is zero , does it have mechanical energy ?​

Since, mechanical energy is the sum of kinetic energy and potential energy. And as given that, momentum of the body is zero, it means velocity of the body is zero, so it has kinetic energy equals to zero. ... So, even if the momentum of the body is zero, it may have mechanical energy.
