The moon and the earth attract each other with the same gravitational force. It is because of the much larger mass of the earth than the mass of the moon and the acceleration produced is negligible that's why earth does not move towards the moon.

Or we can say, mass of earth is approximately 81 times more than moon so moon is unable to pull the earth.

OTHER INFORMATION :

The Moon's gravitational pull generates something called the tidal which causes ocean to bulge out on the side closest to the Moon and the side farthest from the Moon. These bulges of water are high tides.
