Let the previous weight be x

he lost 5.5 kg

x - 5.5

Gained 2.25 kh

So, x - 5.5+2.25 = x-3.25 kg

lost 3.75 kg 

So, x-3.25-3.75 = x - 7 kg

Now he weighs (x - 7) kg
In question its given as 95 kg

So, x  = 95+7 = 102 kg

So, his previous weight is 102 kg
