m=A+(n-1)D

n=A+(m-1)D

Subtract

m-n=(n-m)D

D=-1

Plug this in original equation

m=A+1-n

A=m+n-1

We know

rth term=Ar=A+(r-1)D

Hence Ar =m+n-r.
