ANSWER:
My age is 56years;
Your age is 28years;
Your son's age is 7years.

EXPLANATION:
Let m be my age, y be your age, s be the age of your son;

Given data is,
m=2y ; y=4s

Let s=5 then, y=20 & m=40
But as marrying under the age of 21 is illegal in India, you can't have a 5 year old son @ age of 20,
Which would mean your son was born when you were 20-5=15 years old

Let s=6years then y=24years and m=48years
But as marrying under the age of 21 is illegal in India, you can't have a 6 year old son @ age of 24,
Which would mean your son was born when you were 24-6=18 years old

Let s=7years then y=28years and m=56years
But as marrying under the age of 21 is illegal in India, but you can have a 7 year old son @ age of 28 b'coz,
It means your son was born when you were 28-7=21 years old which is legal.
