If my father doesn't drop me up,I'll take the bus home.

It is a conditonal statement .( if -then) but some times its okay to drop then and use a comma instead.

Both the forms are grammatacally correct.So If my father doesn't drop me up then I'll take the bus home is also a correct sentence.
