if my friend is sitting to my next and people out of the school bus is looking at my friend thn my friend is in motion or not

your friend is in motion with respect to the people who are moving in the school bus while he is not in motion with respect to you.

AlejandroicDude: but yeah , if the bus is in motion, your friend is in motion, wrt the people in the bus, unless he is also moving at the same speed in the same direction as the bus.

wrt to you your friend is in rest postion(when bus is in motion)
