if my friend's grandparents are unwell and my friend had to help them in the morning so he reaches late to school and frequently he has penalised by the teacher so what could I do to assist my friend and can I help to resolve her problem

you can help him in buying medicines with your money and being with his grandparents for sometime and also consult for a good doctor according to the illness they are suffering from.
