In context to questions asked,

We have to determine the value of n

As per questions,

It is given that,

 \frac{n}{7}  = 4

So, for determining the value of n we will shift 7 from LHS to RHS.

As 7 is in denominator of n so when we shift it from LHS to RHS it will comes in multiplication.

Thus we will get,

n = 4 \times 7 = 28

Hence, value of n in above equation will be 28
