if n(a)=45,n(b)=17,n(aub)=64then find n(anb)​

We know the identity...

n(aub) = n(a) + n(b) - n(anb)

64=45+17-n(anb)

64-(45+17) = - n(anb)

2 = - n(anb)

Therefore answer is two because in sets, we neglect the negative sign.
