A ∆ B = A \cap B - A \cup B

n(A ∆ B) = n(A \cap B) - n(A \cup B)

Given:
 n(A \cap B) = 10

 n(A \cup B) = 3

n(A ∆ B) = n(A \cap B) - n(A \cup B)

n(A ∆ B) = 10 - 3 = 7

n[P(A)] = 2^n

n[P(A∆B)] =

2^7=128
