Step-by-step explanation:

n = 14 - 3m

m + 2n = 13

m + 2(14 - 3m) = 13

m + 28 - 6m = 13

28 - 13 = 6m - m

5m = 15

m = 3

n = 14 - 3(3) = 14 - 9 = 5
