\huge\boxed{\underline{\underline{\green{Solution}}}}

Let U be the Universal Set

n(U) = 75 \: , n(A) = 38 \: , \: n(B) = 45

Hence

n(A')  = n(U)  - n(A) = 38  = 75 - 38 = 37

n(B') = n(U)  -  n(B) = 75 - 45 = 30
