Tubular reabsorption helps in enabling most of the nutrients to get absorbed. It helps in absorption of water, sodium ions, glucose etc. If this does not occur all the essential nutrients will be passed away with the urine. The body will get dehydrated as water will not be absorbed. Glucose will not not be absorbed, so person feel weak.
