The correct answer is option (a) beat rythmically.

Reason - Heart is myogenic in nature which means they are auto-excitable. In heart SA Node present which generates impulse at an average rate of 72 times per minute (in normal adult human). Heart generates it's impluse itself and transfer through bundle of His and Purkinje fibres. So, If nerves of heart cut then it doesn't affect the heart beat. Hence heart will beat rhythmically.

In Human heart SA Node is present in right atrium just below the opening of Superior Vena Cava.

Thanks !!!
