Neutrons and protons are present in the nucleus of an atom not that of cytoplasm.
Protons and Neutons are discussed in chemistry.


Chromosomes are thread like structures present in cytoplasm of a living cell.Chromosomes are dealt in Biology.

nucleus of a cell and nucleus of an atom r totally different things...but one similarities between them is that both r located in the centre of the atom and cell respectively...
