•Plastids are found in all plants cells, they bears some special pigments, thus imparting specific colours to the plants.i.e. •chloroplasts
•chromoplasts
•Leucoplasts
whereas
•Mitochondria are found in both plants and animals cells.They are the sites of aerobic respiration ,they produce cellular energy in the form of ATP, hence also called the power house of the cell.

Plastids are present in plants only plastids are of three type named as lecoplast,chromoplast, chloroplast
However mitochondria is found in both plants and plants .mitochondria is also called powerhouse of cell as it store energy in ATP form for cellular respiration
