I have not traveled by train, but I have traveled by bus. Recently, I traveled on a sleeper coach bus to Chennai with my father. It was a different experience for me from the usual bus journeys. Sleeper coaches had lots of facilities in it, such as charging points, water bottles, Blankets, and wi-fi connections. These buses are more like train compartments, and there were only limited seats than the usual buses. We both had a nice sleep throughout the travel without any tiredness.
