I dont think there would be much of an effect.Snake is a tertiary consumer so it may eat any of the grasshopper and Frog..if number of frog decreases..number of grasshopper would surely increase,providing about equal food to the snake..except increase in number of grasshopper,i dont think there would be any other changes.
