Let two digit number  =  x 
And sum of its two digits  =  y 

So,
According to first condition we get 

3x  =  y2                       ----------------------- ( 1 )

And
from second condition we get 

3y  =  x                      -----------------------  ( 2 )

Substitute value of x from equation 2 to equation 1 , and get

3 ( 3y )  = y2

9y  = y2

y  =   9       ( Substitute that value in equation 2 and get )

x  =  3 ( 9 )

x  =  27
So,
That two digit number  =  27                            ( Ans )
