11x - 6y = -18 eq1
x - y = -8 eq2

Multiply eq2 by -6

11x - 6y = -18
-6x +6y = 48

5x = 30

x = 6

Now put x in eq2

6 - y = -8

6 + 8 = y = 14

Fraction = x / y = 6/14 = 3/7
