NUMERATOR IS INCREASED BY 50%=1.5X
DENOMINATOR IS INCREASED BY 200%=2Y
SO
2.5X/3Y=5/12
X/Y=5*3/12*2.5
X/Y=2/4=1/2
DENOMINATOR IS INCREASED BY 200%=2Y
SO
2.5X/3Y=5/12
X/Y=5*3/12*2.5
X/Y=2/4=1/2
