If O² Concentration in tissue is almost as high as at the respiratory surface:-

( 1 ) Oxyhaemoglobin would dissociate to supply O² to the tissue

( 2 ) Haemoglobin would combine with more O² at the respiratory surface

( 3 ) Oxyhaemoglobin would not associate to supply O² to the tissue

( 4 ) CO² will interfere the O² transport.​
