If OA and OB are the two radii and PA and PB are tangents. give a special name to the quadrilateral OPAB and justify your answer

The quadrilateral can be called a kite,because OA=OB and PA=PB(tangets from the same point to an circle are equal in length).Also OA is perpendicular to PA and so is OB to PB(as the radius and tangent are always perpendicular to one another)
