g(x) is a factor of f(x)
f(x) is multiple of g(x)
degree of f(x) > degree of g(x)
or
degree of f(x)= degree of g(x)
otherwise g(x) cannot divide f(x)
f(x) is multiple of g(x)
degree of f(x) > degree of g(x)
or
degree of f(x)= degree of g(x)
otherwise g(x) cannot divide f(x)
