The another acute angle = 45°

Correct question : If one acute angle of a right angled triangle is 45° then find another acute angle.

Given :

One acute angle of a right angled triangle is 45°

To find :

The another acute angle

Solution :

Step 1 of 2 :

Form the equation to find the angle

Here the given triangle is right angled

So one angle of the triangle = 90°

Now it is given that one acute angle of a right angled triangle is 45°

Let the another acute angle = x

Since Sum of all angles of a triangle is 180°

∴ 90° + 45° + x = 180°

Step 2 of 2 :

Calculate the another acute angle

90° + 45° + x = 180°

⇒ 135° + x = 180°

⇒ x = 180° - 135°

⇒ x = 45°

Hence another acute angle = 45°
