Given :

  • One angle of a parallelogram is 3 times of its adjacent angle.

To find :

  • All the angles.

According to the question,

  • Let one angle be x
  • Other angle be 3x
  • Adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary ( means 180° )

→ x + 3x = 180°

→ 4x = 180°

→ x = 180° ÷ 4

.°. x = 45°

  • One angle is x = 45°
  • Other angle is 3x = 3 × 45° = 135°

Answer:

if first angle x

and adjacent angle of parallelogram is be 3x

adjacent angles of parallelogram are supplementary

x+3x=180

4x=180

x=180/4

x=45

first angle of a parallelogram is 45°

and second angle of parallelogram is 45 × 3 is equal to 135°
