If one angle of a traingle is 100° and the other angles are in the ratio of 2:3, Find the angles.​

Let 2x and 3x

2x+3x + 100 = 180

x = 80/5 = 16 degrees.

Therefore angles are

2×16 = 32 degrees

and

3×16 = 48 degrees

Let the angles be 2x and 3x

According to question,

100° + 2x + 3x = 180°

➨ 100° + 5x = 180°

➨ 5x = 180° - 100°

➨ 5x = 80°

➨x = 80°/ 5

➨x = 16°

Angles of triangle,

  • 2x = 2× 16 = 32°
  • 3x = 3 × 16 = 48°

Therefore, angles are 100°, 32°and 48°
