Answer:

60+1x+2x=180°

60°+3x=180°

3x=180°-60°

3x=120°

x=120°/3 = 40°

x= 40°

Here is the answer to your question:

Given: Angle A =60°

Ratio of other two angles(B and C)=1:2

To Find: All the angles of the triangle

Solution: Since B and C are in a ratio of 1:2

Let angle B be 1x and angle C be 2x

Now we know that,

Angle A + Angle B + Angle C = 180°

(Angle Sum Property of a Triangle)

= 60°+1x+2x=180°

= 3x=180°-60°

=3x=120°

= x=40°

Therefore , Angle A=60°(given)

Angle B=1x= 1×40°=40°

Angle C=2x=2×40°=80°

Hence we have found all the angles of the triangle ABC
