If one angle of an isosceles triangle is 110°, find the measure of other two angles.

In an isosceles triangle, angles opposite to equal sides are equal.

Let the two unknown angles be x.

Given that, one of the angle is 110°.

So, by angle sum property :-

\pink {: \: \implies } \: \sf 110°+ x+x =180°

\pink {: \: \implies} \: \sf 110°+2x=180°

\pink {: \: \implies} \: \sf 2x=180°-110°

\pink {: \: \implies} \:  \sf 2x=70°

\pink {:\implies} \:  \sf x= \cfrac{70 \degree}{2}

 {\pink {:\implies} \:  \sf x=35°}

\underline  {\boxed {\mathfrak {\pink {\therefore \: The \: angles \: are \: 35\degree \: and \:35. \degree}}}}

 \\

Substituting and verifying by angle sum property :-

\pink {:\implies} \:  \sf 110°+x+x==180°

\pink {:\implies}\:\sf 100\degree+35\degree+35\degree = 180\degree

\pink {:\implies}~\sf 110\degree+70\degree=180\degree

\pink {:\implies}~\sf 180\degree=180\degree

\underline {\boxed {\mathfrak \pink {Hence, \: verified \: !}}}

Angle 1 + x + x=180

110+2x=180
2x=180-110
2x=70
x=70/2
x=35
Thankyou

Hope it helps you
