if one bag of sand weighs 10 3/4 kg find the weight of 15 such bags

weight of one bag = 10 3/4 = 43 /4 kg

thus weight of 15 bags = 15 × 43/4 kg = 161.25 kg or 161 kg 250 grams

( using unitary method)
