A Coulomb of charge is 6.24E18 electrons. 1 Amp is 1 Coulomb per second. That is 6.24E18 electrons/second, 6.24E15 elctrons/millisecond. A million is 1E6, so your current is 6,24E15/1E6, that is 1E6/6.24E15, 1/6,24E9, about 1.6E-10 Amp.
