if one boy is from kerala but he lives in Maharashtra... he went to college to fill form in which reservation is given but when he reach there to fill form that time reservation is finish bcoz there is no. of people then only 10% reservation is remaining for maharashtrian people then which rights , provison did he have so that he get his right​
