First of all, what are parthenocarpic fruits ?

Ans. The fruits which develop without fertilisation and are seedless in nature.

If parthenocarpy could be induced through application of growth substances we should select fruits such as Oranges and tomatoes to induce parthenocarpy. This is because if Oranges and tomatoes could be seedless, it would be easier and more hassle free to consume them and on top of all, if Oranges and tomatoes become seedless, the edible portions in them would increase significantly.
