If one factor of the polynomial x³ + 4x² - 3x - 18 is x + 3, then the other factor is
(a) x² + x
(b) x² + x + 6

to get the other factor we should divide the polynomial with on of the factor

x³+4x²-3x-18 ÷x+3

we get x²+x-6
