If one fifth of orange juice is removed from a 1 litre bottle containing 75 percent juice and is replaced with the water . What is quantity of juice left?

lets Assume that Solution is 100ml.

• So, Proportion of Orange Juice is

= 100ml x 75% = 75ml

• Remaining Solution will be Water i.e. 25ml

•lets assume 1/5th is

100*1/5 =20 ml

100ml - 20ml = 80ml

Since, Orange Juice is 75% of Solution

Therefore, Remaining Orange Juice

= New/Remaining Solution x 75%

= 80ml x 75%

=60ml

This 60ml will be Equal to

= 60ml/80ml x 100

= 75% Respectively.
