Answer:

Answer is 3 buffaloes, 16 goats and 1 cow. Milk produced by 3 buffaloes => 15 litres

Milk produced by 16 goats => 4 litres

Milk produced by 1 cow => 1 litre. So total production of milk is 20 litres by 20 animals.

3 buffalo + 1 cow + 16 goat = 20 animals

Explanation:

Given data

1 Goat milk = 0.250 kg

1 Cow milk = 1 kg

1 buffalo milk = 5 kg

Total animal = 20

Solution

We need to arrange here 20 animals with 20 kg milk

So first we take here goat

We take 16 goat they give milk = 16 × 0.250 = 4 kg milk    ……….…….1

Now we take cow

So we take 1 cow that give milk = 1 kg milk      …………………2

Now we take buffalo

We take 3 buffalo that give milk = 3 × 5 = 15 kg milk     ……………..3

So as that we take here 20 animals

3 buffalo + 1 cow + 16 goat = 15 kg milk + 1 kg milk + 4 kg milk

20 animals give = 20 kg milk
