no there will be no respiration in lungs but there will be cellular respiration as an individual can't stop his cellular respiration as it is fundamental unit and is independent ,but if he stops for longer time he'll die and of course after death both the types of respiration will not be taking

No there will be no breath in lungs however there will be cell breath as an individual can't stop his cell breath as it is essential unit and is autonomous, yet in the event that he stops for longer time he'll pass on and obviously after death both the kinds of breath won't take.
